  • Video Finally, The Disneyland Time-lapse video over a year in the making.

It started out as a small camera test. Over a year (some of you may remember/were inspired by ;-) and thousands of photos (30,000+) later. It's done!....well, as done as it's going to be for now. I still had much more I wanted to do. Finding the time, however, hasn't been as easy lately. So without further delay. Enjoy!

      Mr. CEO,
      THANK YOU!
:yea:    :imtheone:  :yea:
That was the coolest thing I've seen since I saw "The Avengers" in 3D about three weeks ago.
(It was like the often-imitated 1982 film, "Koyaanisqatsi".)

P.S. Disney should pay you for this and edit it into two one-minute commercials
and at the end just have the "Disneyland" logo.
Or they could pay you to re-do it
and have Mickey & Minnie or other characters walking, waving, sharing flowers or balloons (or ??? ) VERY slowly so they look like they are moving in real time--the people passing them might be extras so they don't stop--or maybe they could have guests (instead of characters) in "real time". (Obviously I'm excited about your video!)

      Oh, yeah, CONGRATULATIONS!

Very nice. Cool. We all liked that.

My oldest wants me to tell you that he really liked the World of Color and thought that was the best.

Can you give a brief explanation of how you filmed this? Was your camera on wheels or did you zoom? Did you film this all in one day? Did the park question you at all?

The Small World ride-through was awesome! Gotta say it was closely followed by the WoC sequence as well. Amazing work!

Here is a second request for information on how you did this. Maybe you could put together a "how to" video. I can't believe how smoothly you panned your camera to make still shots look so fluid.

The only part I can't figure out is how you got those parade shots? Zoom lens from like the Flag area?

Certainly one of the best things I've ever seen on a Disney-related website.
