  • [Question] Star Wars weekend at Disneyland Resort?

So i'm not sure if this has been covered yet or not but does Disneyland have a Star Wars weekend similar to the one that just passed at Disney's Hollywood Studios? Or if there is any talk or rumors there will be one? I for one would certainly love to see it happen.

No DLR doesn't have a Star Wars Weekend or similar event.

No, there are no plans, discussions, thoughts, consuderations, or conversations about creating such an event at DLR.

There is an unofficial Star Wars fan meet-up every year, on the 24th of June this year, I think. You can google for it and see pictures of the previous (rather well-attended) years. T-shirt sales proceeds go to the American Cancer Society. I am not involved but if I'm free that day I might put on a Darth Vader shirt and go.

Yeah...it really...does suck not to have Star Wars days....here in CA....I think even a smaller even....were they just had the dance off, small parade, and fireworks would really bring people in....but Disney still has not plans to do that yet.......for me the best would be a Star wars WOC show.....could you imagine that?
          Happy Halloween!!!

SWW is to prop up attendance through a slow season in WDW. DLR has had events on weekend in the late Winter which are the slowest weekends of the year, it just not a festive time when it rains. That is where they could go.

I'm looking forward to a return of food and wine.

Next year I'm trying for a summer internship at Stark Industries.
