I wish I knew what her name was 
But she was definitely a highlight of our trip last week, which is saying a lot since she is a non-Disney face character.
We saw her walking onto Buena Vista Street for the first time, crouched down on the floor with her camera that she totes around, commenting on people who walked by as if they were the latest stars and she was expecting them to be there
"good....good....oh, you're here, check....alright....very good....keep moving....nice....good shot...marvelous...."
we laughed at that and kept walking.
It was on the second day of our trip that we encountered her yet again on Buena Vista street but this time she was interacting more with guests. My boyfriend and I were wearing shirts that said our names. She ran up to us with her hand to her head and said
"hello, hello, oh I'm getting a strong "g" vibe from you, oh you're name is....it is....GAB! And yours...it's with a "c" i'm getting a "c"....is it chuck?"
my boyfriend: "nope"
"no, no, of course it;s not, its;....CARL! yes, Carl, how lovely to meet you both!"
she spent the next 5 minutes talking with us explaining how she is a psychic and also a photographer.
We took a picture with her, and then she said "oh, you simply MUST have a picture of me taking a picture of you!"
We were laughing so hard, but we took it. What a character. Kudos to whoever this woman was, I'm 99% sure she has broadway/acting training. We made sure to compliment her at the new guest services in DCA, because she really made our day
