Ive been meaning to ask and every time i think about posting my question when i get home its late, i forget and dont remember till i enter the park again lol

Why or when does it happen, when guests tickets are being scanned i hear a bird chirp, like the bird on POTC at the entrance lol

That means you are reentering with that ticket and is an audio cue for the greeter to check for a hand stamp.

You also have different sounds for first entry of the day on an adult or child ticket and also a different sound if you are entering on your birthday as an AP.

And that bird chirp is the Blue Jay from Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah.

As far as I know, the only other one is a little magical trill (I really don't know how to describe it other than that). The whistle is currently my iPhone text tone.

No, the fantasmic theme is for something else. The birthday sound is, how shall I say, very plain.

The entry sound is my email notification, the re-entry sound is my text message notification and when my Sister sends me a text, I hear "Remain seated please".

I should have known there was a meaning behind the sound. It was just a nice pleasant thing that reminded me a whole lot of the Disneyland entrance. It was expected to be heard. Now, the little sound has functionality. I hope the "magic" of hearing it next time won't be lost.

Now that's fancy! Dang iPhone with its limited text tone options...unless there's some magical way to unlock more that I don't know about. Oh well, one of the wait time apps has all the fun sounds for reminders, so maybe I'll just set a bunch of those to go off randomly for the next ten days! I'm sure none of my friends will mind...
