My withdrawls usually begin around the time I get on the tram heading for the parking lot.

Thanks I think that the withdrawals tend to kick in as soon as one passes through the turnstiles, it's just that denial kicks in right away in order for everyone to be able to actually leave and not be dragged out by security .
