[Question] Club Penguin Product Lookalike?

So, I bought fireworks for the 4th, and in this year's variety pack from TNT Fireworks,
there was a firework with a striking resemblance of a Club Penguin character. Just wondering
if Disney would care if it was? Does anyone else see it?

I see what you mean.......BAD PUN.......Anyways yes it does indeed it looks like a penguin and with that dress looking thing Pasted on as it looks like at the left side of the collar you can still see the Purple Penguin it is not completely on her

I didn't even notice that!!! I don't even play the game, so imagine the people who DO who notice? Imagine if a Disney lawyer bought TNT fireworks.
