i was thinking behind Paradise Pier why dont they add Toy Story Land but instead of looking tacky make it look like Toy Ville from TDS but with the three TSL rides... just an idea

It's a good idea, I just don't think it will fit this park."Greetings, Starfighter! You have been recruited by the Star League to defend the Frontier against Xur and the Ko-Dan Armada."

Re: Toy StoryLand in DCA
Toy Story one of my favorite Pixar movie series and a land for them would be neat, but honestly, I'd like to see DCA add and improve to the existing areas of DCA before any new land gets built again. Also like SoarinMatt said above, that space would be another chunk of DCA backstage facilities that the park needs (parade building, outdoor vending etc.).:meet: Because Bert Said So! :meet:

Re: Toy StoryLand in DCA
This is already in place at Disneyland Paris. As much as I, and everyone likes Toy Story, this is already in existance. Here's a link.

EDIT: there is also one in Hong Kong. It is very similar to the one in Paris.-Judge me by who I am in the real world, not by what I say on MiceChat.

A neat idea if they pulled it off in a different way but there's so much they could do to existing real estate to improve DCA even further.

Re: Toy StoryLand in DCA
I have to agree. It doesn't fit a California theme and Toy Story is WAAAYYY too present. There are other movies. Non Pixar movies, that have been overlooked. We also don't need anymore entire lands dedicated to just one film. It's Disney California Adventure, not Pixar California Adventure.

Re: Toy StoryLand in DCA
I believe we have a Pixar Land already. What land has just opened in June? Cars Land? Jk not really Pixar Land but we already have an entire land devoted to just ONE Pixar movie, I don't see the reason to have a whole new land devoted to multiple Pixar movies.
Also, that land would have to do one heck of a good job to make the land actually seem like a land where all Pixar movies would be together and make sense, seem like a real place, and not just tons of Pixar inspired rides put into one area.-Carter P.

Start with the theme of "California", then find a way to work other characters into it, not the other way around.Disneyland Wooooh!
