Re: Chinese food in DCA
Great idea!
I like Panda Express. I had a 2 item combo the other day. It was with fried rice, orange chicken (YUM!), and mushroom chicken! I get an egg roll and the orange sauce! Sometimes I'll get hot sauce, but that is only if I have noodles.
I would love if they served it somewhere in the park. Maybe put it in DCA!

Re: Chinese food in DCA
Just to note, Lucky Fortune Cookery is typical "Americanized" Chinese Food, but it's good. We have a lot more meat in the dishes (instead of a small sliver mainly for the taste) and some of the ingredients are totally different because they were available locally, so Chefs modified the recipes accordingly. Chow Mein and the Fortune Cookie are totally US inventions. Then we got Bok Choy and such to grow here, and added them in.
And from what I hear, some of the American style things we invented here have migrated back to China because the visitors liked them, and took the ideas back. It's a Small World After All. :ap:

Starbucks is already at the resort, Panda is not a big step away.
At Uni, we have a Panda which is very popular with guests, and the Hollywood Grill in the park serves non-americanized Chinese food to the tour groups, which is very popular.Disneyland and Haunted Mansion fan boy!
