[Question] 6 day park hopper? (Merged)

Hi-

I'm aware that they no longer sell a 6-day park hopper pass. However, I will be going to DL in September and need exactly that. There have been threads on other boards that mention if you buy a 5 day, then go to guest relations, you can purchase an additional day and they will add it to your pass (as an unwritten courtesy). My question is, how much is that additional day? Is it a discounted price since it's being added to a 5-day? If so, does anyone know the cost? I can't imagine they would bother doing that if it would have been just as easy to purchase the 5-day and a 1-day at full price.

6-day park hopper?

I've been planning a trip, for the past year or so, which will be happening in a few months. It will be a six day trip (we leave on Sunday morning, and return on Friday evening), and we intend to spend every day in the park. I called the WDTC for some generic trip questions (refurbs, dining options, etc.) and to get the trip priced out, and the person I spoke to could not price-out a trip with 6-day park hoppers, because apparently they don't exist. Apparently the maximum amount of days you can get on a park hopper is 5.

Does anyone know a way around this that doesn't involve paying the full gate price for a 6th day for each of us? Presently upgrading from 4 to 5 days, on a multi-day park hopper, only costs $15. I'd hate to have to spend $125/person for that sixth day.

I had the same problem and I spoke with a cast member over the phone. She told me that you can still upgrade to the 6 day and will jot be charged for a full day admission. However, you have to do this at Disneyland guest services when you arrive. She was not able to quote me an exact price either, but did say it should stay around $15.00.

It's $5 for an extra day. You do this at the ticket booths.

Well 6 days in about two years.

Thanks for the merge. That helped. The person on the phone's staunch "No 6 days for you!" response really got me worried. So $5 at the ticket window. Awesome.

When you call or email you always get responses like this because you can't buy it ahead of time through them. When you get to the park other things can be done that they don't know about.

I'm so glad I've been reading this forum - I could have missed out on half a day at Disneyland, but now I know I can add an extra day, yay!
