Does anyone experience technical difficulties often on the Disneyland website? My fiance wanted to make a payment for our vacation package, so we typed in our reservation and phone number and clicked the bubble that said make payment. It then had the loading page with the castle and then it said "sorry, we cannot display your reservation at this time". We tried several times, sometimes just clicking on view reservation (thinking it might be a payment issue), but the same thing happened. We finally had to call and make a payment that way, which wasn't horrible, but it's easier online.
Does this happen a lot? I sometimes would like to check my reservation to keep track of the money we still owe, so I hope they get this fixed.
I did notice when we first made the reservation a week ago, it said "We cannot take payments online at this time" or something to that extent. I wasn't even going to make a payment then, so I thought it was weird it was telling me this. It kind of worries me that that was a week ago and it still says that...
