Yes, I actually typed that completely from memory, which is why there are probably typos.

the little known passage from that speech, captured just before he got to the microphone was "sure lilly..another scotch.. johnny walker and make it neat"
"As usual he's taken over the coolest spot in the house"- Father re: Orville 1963

I was getting a little misty eyed- thanks for fixing that!

If you wish t see the speech in person at Disneyland, it is written on a plaque at the foot of the flagpole in Town Square.
Anything listed on the park maps as an attraction is fair game for inclusion in the Rally.
I cannot confirm nor deny the inclusion of any attraction in the Rally.
Also... if you want to see and hear it "live", get a copy of the Disney Treasures DVD
"Disneyland USA", it has the original live broadcast of the openning day festivities that was shown on TV.
Or if you want to hear it and understand Morse code its ticking away at the New Orleans train station in the telegraph office
I'm pretty sure that only the first line of the speech can be heard from the station (To all who come to this happy place, welcome.) A guest waiting for a train had tried translating it and that's what she had come up with.
According to the new book "Welcome Aboard the Disneyland Railroad" by Steve DeGaetano, the current message in Morse Code reads.....
"To all who come to Disneyland, welcome. Here age relives fond memories of the past, and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future".
