I want people to post any ideas they have for doing a holiday overlay on some rides that don't have it yet

    (so not HM or IASW)

Perhaps jack sparrow could wear a santa hat?
Space Mountain could play a high speed version of Jingle Bells?
    Santa replaces the abominable snowman?

    ideas please

C3PO and R2D2 should wear Christmas hats like back in the 90s.

I'd love to see Tarzan try to fix up his treehouse to be holiday themed. Not sure what he would celebrate, but for argument's sake, perhaps Jane influenced him?

Toontown gets a blanket of cartoon snow and all the houses halls get the holiday treatment. I don't go to Toontown often, so this might already exist--I'd be surprised if they didn't...

Mickey head on the Fun Wheel gets a Santa hat, much like the one seen at Small World.

They should decorate the Matterhorn to look like a giant Santa hat and turn the ride into "revenge of the Santa" maybe he's mad because someone forgot to leave him cookies...

Also, I would totally ride a Jingle Bells version of Space Mountain!

I think the bolded part would be enough. Let him fix it up first to be on the scale of the Swiss Family Tree. The holiday stuff could come later.

Does it have to be Christmas? I'd love GRR to get a Halloween overlay... Add some ghost bear projections/ animatronics, new creepy sound effects and soundtrack. Maybe some creepy miners talking about their travels up the grizzly peak and encounters with the ghost bear...

Christmas though Muppet Vision deserves (and needs) a new holiday film!

Autopia Winter wonderland? or let's trun a special event into a real one...Hauntopia. Realistically enhance Ghost Galaxy by adding more.

                    ...As I see it

This isn't an overlay but I wish they'd do something for Hanukkah. Like maybe have a large menorah or something in the area by Rancho Zocalo where they have the Dia de los Muertos display at Halloween Time.

I like Halloween overlays a lot more than the holiday ones. I'd still like to see the Thunder Mountain After Dark Halloween overlay: normal ride during the day; enhanced spooky lighting and sound effects at night. Since it's outside they could do this.

                      Others:
                      - Turn the Columbia into a ghost ship and have spooky rides during Halloween Time.

                      - Have the Matterhorn climbers costumed as elves at Holiday time.
Merida looks like this. Not a Barbie doll!
