Yeah most Filipinos speak Taglish (A mixture of Tagalog and English) anyway.

Disneyland does not have guide maps in Tagalog. In my opinion, it is not necessary. In the Philippines, learning English is a required subject in school. Filipinos are very comfortable with English. In fact, like ducktalesfan5555 mentioned, they speak Taglish in conversational Tagalog.
