Hi Everyone,
There are lots of threads and posts about phone coverage in the parks... its not great for any provider... and many of us have experienced this first hand.
With Verizon being the official mobile partner of the parks... and co branding and promoting an exclusive app (Disney Mobile Magic) one would think that their data services that the app requires would be reliable in the parks. Most of us have experienced how the spotty 3G data connections make the app useless.
I have written to Verizon about this and would encourage anyone else interested in it to as well. I emailed them... It might be wishful thinking... but I always feel like complaining is useless unless you at least do what you can to let the parties know you are dissatisfied. Verizon can beef up their network, or unlock wifi... they are partners with Disney... they are spending lots of money on a national tv campaign... they can make the service reliable.
