If both DL and DLP are both supposed to be Sleeping Beauty's Castle, then why the heck are they so different?? TDL and WDW are both Cinderella's Castle, but they look the same. It makes no sense.

Well, you see in France they actually have castles. Here in the USA you throw a castle at us and we say "wow!" because we dont have castles. In France, Disney needed something particualarly magical to create the same sense of wonder with the French. This is also why the DLP castle is thought to be the most beautiful of all the Disney castles.

I wouldn't mind getting that stain glass thing they have to replace our dolls (and maybe their dragon"We all have sparks, imagination! it's how our minds... create creations!"

First off, it's Sleeping Beauty Castle. Not Sleeping Beauty's Castle. (I'm a nerd, I know.)
Secondly, the Paris castle should be Belle's, but the dragon is really neat and Belle didn't fight a dragon so it wouldn't work if they changed it now...
Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty bought multiple homes. They must have had great financial advice from someone...
DLP's castle outrocks them all. IMHO.

Is the Hong Kong castle going to be Mulan's?
The house of the beautiful girl who sleeps in the woods....for me, that's Sleeping Beauty!
I think it's nice that the castles are different in 3 of the parks. It gives them each a different flavor. I think TDL got the short end of the schtick!

Can I put my two cents in?
I read that DLP Sleeping Beauty Castle was designed to look more "storybook" in architecture and landscaping because of all the "real" castle in Europe. It does rock. It is beautiful and wonderful to walk through. And the dragon is awesome. La Chateau de la Belle au Bois Dormant is my favorite Disney theme park castle. Although I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the "castlecake" os WDW's 25th. =8^)
I don't think all the castle have to look alike. Different castles would give each park its own "personality". Following that train of thought: TDL and DLHK are getting "cheated" out of their own castles.

Actually the castles are only named after the princesses, they're not necessarilly theirs. Cinderella Castle in Walt Disney World doesn't look anything like he one in the movie, actually, it looks more like Sleeping Beauty's Castle from the movie. and Sleeping Beauty's Castle in Disneyland looks a lot more like Snow White's from the movie. That's what makes them so charming (for me at least).I have a dream
A song to sing
To help me cope
Trough everything
If you see the wonder
of a FairyTale
You can take the future
even if you fail...
I believe in Angels
Something good in everything I see
I believe in Angels
When I know the time is right for me...
I'll cross the stream.... I have a dream

ORWEN: Well, I hate to disagree with you, Mr. Disney, duckling. But I don't see any similarities between the castle in the Snow White film and the Disneyland version of Sleeping Beauty Castle. If you look closely enough, you'll see that there's hardly any feature about the two that matches.
ORDDU: I would say that the theme park version of Cinderella's Castle has SOME similarities to the animated film version of Cinderella, though. The tall, steep rooves are examples that come readily to mind.
ORGOCH: Who the heck even CARES?! What I always wanted was the Horny King's Castle, instead a Snoozin' Floozie's er Cindersmelly's!!! I say git them dang prissy dames out a the way and let a REAL character git his chance ta live a life a luxury!!!
