[Question] A very very crowded holiday season?

History seems to suggest that the week between Christmas and New Years ought to be so crowded that ticket sales for Disneyland will have to be suspended. So, could this be the year that Disneyland and California Adventure suspend ticket sales and limit entry to both parks?
The evidence: the new Carsland and its attractions; at least six college bowl games, two bowl games at the Rose Bowl this season; a still sluggish economy which ought to keep many folks close to home; the special atmosphere of the holidays.
I'm beginning to cautiously plan a visit for this time. It ought to be interesting.

I doubt DCA will be able to hold its own during christmas time unless it starts featuring holiday offerings on par with DL. Plus DL's charm just plain works better with christmas time. But who knows?

I believe either Al or Disney themselves have mentioned that DCA will up its holiday game this year. What that means exactly is still a mystery to me, but I would be very surprised if they didn't want to rival the park across the Esplanade.

With cars land, DCA is going to have to step it up a little. That place is gonna be a zoo, with the animals escaped!

If the parks get too full, the zoo will have to wait their turns to enter. The news of the night could be "...DCA closes their gates..."
