If Buzz Lightyear Astro Blaster ever closed in the near future Disney should strongly consider rebuilding rocket rods and fixing all of the problems it had when it was running. It's better than nothing using the track

Re: Rocket Rods 2.0
The Rocket Rods was a great ride. I just wish they would have actually put some money into the upgrades that the track needed when they put them in the first time. If they weren't going to do it right, they should have left the Peoplemover alone."Greetings, Starfighter! You have been recruited by the Star League to defend the Frontier against Xur and the Ko-Dan Armada."

Re: Rocket Rods 2.0
don't know what kind of upgrades they WERE planning on adding to RR, but the I have a hard time picturing how they could make that ride fun...
it was my favorite ride to hate back when it was open, and I am fairly easy to please, LOL... RR has probably the only thing that everyone in my family openly hates
no theming
no music I can recall
no sense of speed because the vehicles seemed too enclosed
no more CircleVision (one of my favorites)
no more PeopleMover (another favorite)
super long lines
just... nothing to like about it IMO

Re: Rocket Rods 2.0
If it wasn't hastily out together. And was well thought out and back up with a budget. Then maybe it could work. Only after they remodel TL for the 3rd time.
