  • [Question] Never been nervous about going to California Adventure, but...

I will be going to CA Adventure on the 28th of next month and I am beyond nervous! I've visited the park many times but this time, with the opening of Cars Land, I just can't seem to get my act together and start planning about how to cover the park. I'm staying at Paradise Pier and have early entry, so I was planning on using the Single Rider line for the racers as soon as the gates open, then do Luigi's and Mater's, followed by the rest of the park. Do you guys think this will work? If any of you have a really good plan it will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

I don't think you will have a problem. Especially if you are going solo, I did it a few weeks after opening and I was able to ride radiator springs like 4 times, Luigi's like 5 times and maters junkyard jamboree like 5 times. Your plan looks good. I always get nervous for trips. Especially alone. Have fun and try to post a trip report

Like Joshnyah said, you shouldn't have an issue. I would do what you planned - hit up RSR's first, followed by Luigi's Flying Tires, and Mater's Junkyard Jamboree. After that, since it will be still somewhat early I'd try to hit the bigger rides like Tower of Terror, Toy Story Midway Mania, and California Screamin'. But it really depends on what you want to do! You shouldn't have a problem since you're flying solo and you have the early entry.

      Have fun!

It is not that difficult to cover it all in less than a day. It honestly isn't. They don't have attractions tucked away in every nook and corner. With that said, have a nice trip!
