[Question] Disneyland ticket price history

Anyone have a complete list of the price history of the Disneyland park admission tickets?
Just curious to see how much it has changed over the years, and I know it's been quite a lot since it opened.

I remember a thread a year or two ago that listed the price increases since 1955, and the phenomenal jump in increases that started when Eisner took over... but danged if I can find it. (I think sediment may have posted it?)

Any Google gurus in the house?

The tickets double in price in ten years....and during the time when no new E ticket came to the park....we got ripped off

Opening Day, admission was $1.00 and each ride was 25 cents. In the late 1980's to early 90's, there was only one Annual Pass. It was comparable to today's Premium Pass and was $199 for several years. That's all I can remember without looking it up.

I have a Birnbaum Disneyland guidebook from 1987. The listed price for an adult admission ticket ("Passport") was $17.95.

I think we went for the first time in 1978 and my father worked for the Feds, they had a pass you could get that was unlimited, I should go to my moms and dig out the baby book and see if she stuck it in there

There have been several new E tickets. They may be in DCA, but since most tickets include the option to park hop, DLR admission certainly provides a lot more entertainment than it used to.

Also, no one is forced to buy tickets, so the term "ripped off" is not appropriate.

Ripped off is when you pay for one thing, and you don't get it. You know what you are buying, so you aren't being ripped off...
