[Question] Disney Cookbooks

I was wondering if anybody has any disney cookbook. i am looking at a couple of them right now and i want to know which one to purchase. i also want to make sure that all of the popular dishes are in the books such as monte cristo and jambalaya(blue bayou). the two books i am interested in are the following
