I saw this in the local news she got fired because of her religious beliefs any body know about this?

According to the details of the news story i saw on KCAL, the cast member who worked at the Storyteller Cafe wanted to wear her traditional muslim headdress with her costume. The park management deemed it did not fall within regulations and offered to design her an alternative headwear to go with her costume. She refused. They then offered her a position that did not have her interact with guests. She refused that as well.
She had the ACLU file suit against the company on her behalf. That's about all I saw reported."The old man's gonna knock on the sky. Listen to the sound."

As much as I wish this woman would walk away empty handed, I'm getting the feeling that Disney will settle out of court, and she'll end up with a 5 figure paycheck. I imagine Disney would sooner pay the woman to shut her up, than have her tell the public (in TV and newspaper interviews) that she was "persecuted by Disney for her religious beliefs." You, me, and she knows that such a story is B.S., but John Q Public might not, and such a claim could be a PR nightmare for Disney.Comment
