  • [Question] New Friend, Old Problem (AP Voucher purchase)

All my old friends I was able to contact re: the 30% increase before it happened, but I now have a new friend interested, and I heard but didn't read into places mentioned that had a small supply of AP vouchers at the old prices.

Sooo what was this about local shops that had some on hand? I know it's a long shot at this point, but I'm a friend with boot leather to spare!

My guess is that all of them are looooong gone by now. I know all the stores I have been in have the new ones with the current prices. Its been enough time since the price change, that Disney has had time to make sure that all of the old "gift cards" have been removed and replaced with the higher priced ones.

Oh so it was normal places like VONS, Ralphs, Target, etc. I thought some of the small non-chain shops along Harbor bought up gift vouchers (vs the official AP cards) similar to how a Craigslist seller might try to make a quick profit.
Well it was worth a shot haha, AAA sells them for 7-18 bucks off, see www.aaa.com redirect

Have you tried Discount Tickets and Tours in Anaheim (Gardenwalk?)? They were selling PAPs at a significant discount. I haven't tried them myself, but it couldn't hurt for you or your friend to give them a call or visit their website. They are an authorized Disney ticket reseller.
