[Question] Cast member costume question from a new member

Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum. I was wondering what the cast members do with old worn out costumes. I imagine that they all have to be accounted for, and that they are probably treated like retired currency! But after that are they destroyed? I ask because that tiki room fabric would make some cool conversation piece pillows!

just remember costuming will charge you for all costumes not returned, and i think you can have a max of 11 costumes checked out at any given time.

Actually its max of 3 complete costumes which means 3 pants, 3 tops, 1 jacket, 1 coat, 1 belt etc. unless they've changed it from when I last heard. They usually sell old costumes back to the CMs at Company D.
