[Question] Little help with blue bayou food alergies

I've called several times trying to reach the chef and left a few messages and no reply.

Wanting to eat at the blue bayou, but my mom is allergic to seafood... Would it be safe to take her here fr dinner?

Absolutely. Tell your waiter or waitress that there is a food allergy. They know what to do.

If you make reservations, I strongly suggest having them note that in the reservation. Also, mention it again when you check in and to your waitstaff as well. This will ensure that there are not mix ups!

I have had the same problem, I couldn't get any information over the phone.

I was trying to get food alergy information on the World of Color picknic meals and the dessert tray for Fantasmic! all they would give me was the phone number for the chefs and I always got the voice mail which didn't get returned.
