[Question] Disney care packages?

Did any AP holders here get a Disney care package in the mail. my friend got a box in the mail with hats and lanyards for her family members with passes. I asked her if she ordered them or paid for them she said no. She said she just gets them in the mail. I have the same passes purchased at the same place and never even heard of this have anyone?
