[Question] Recommended transportation to Grand Californian?

There will be 7 of us arriving at John Wayne Airport and will need transportation to Disney's Grand Californian.
Our preferred method of transportation would be taxi, but does anyone know if the taxi-vans would be able to hold all 7 of us? We thought about a shuttle but those have to be paid for in advance online and how do you know for sure they will show up? I guess I'm not as trustingas I should be. Any and all recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

Or, call a limo company and they'll bring a van. The stretch limo won't hold you AND luggage.
