[Question] Disneyland Resort Express Bus

So I normally take this bus which is operated by Southern Calif Gray Lines and I went to check their schedule for my upcoming trip and they have a big notice that states (this is just an excerpt of the full message)

IN MAY 2012 THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF DELAWARE APPROVED THE SALE OF THE ASSETS OF THE COMPANY

It kind of appears the company was sold and obviously now I am wondering if anyone has used them lately and whether they experienced any problems.

I am a bus driver who use to work for that company and from what i heard from drivers that still work their the service is unchanged the buses are the same the routes are the same and the drivers are the same. The only thing that's changed is the name on the buses and the company buying more double Decker buses for some charters and adding some cross country routes.

I took it just last week on the 30th to get from Hojo to Disneyland Hotel (where we had to swtich the bus) and then to go to LAX.

No problems at all.
