We were there last Friday and it was so much fun

If you are interested in meeting the Villains (Lady Tremaine and stepsisters, Frollo, Maleficent (YES!!), Evil Queen, Jafar, Cruela de Vil, Queen of Hearts, and Dr. Facilier), they rotate until around 11:15pm I believe at the Town Square. They play this cool music when they are changing characters and are escorted by a horse-drawn carriage

Stormtroopers can be found in Tomorrowland. The beginning of their queue line is the Star Tours fastpass.

Mickey & Minnie are in Big Thunder Ranch, and they are wearing orange-colored ones (I believe... the lighting was really dark) but I am positive they are different from the mainly purple ones they wear at the Halloween Carnival.

Perry the Platypus is inside Innoventions. I didn't see him when I passed by tho... but that's what the CM announced.

Jack & Sally are over at the French Market and the wait was allegedly "an hour." Since it was around 11:20pm at this point, naturally I left and abandoned all hope in having a picture with them

According to the special party map, the princesses are at It's a Small World Mall, Merida by It's a Small World, and Aladdin and Friends at the Bazaar. I don't know if they really were them because I didn't really try to look for them. I can post the listing from the special map when I get home if nobody has posted it yet.

Yes please. Did they have the pirate wharf thing going with Jack Sparrow and Peterpan, Wendy? and Chip N Dale, Donald, Goofy at a pirate party ?

does anyone know if the characters are in the entrance plaza at rope drop in the mornings or JUST in the halloween carnival area? i have heard conflicting reports

I'm sorry I don't really know if they had it This is my first time going and I didn't really know what other events they had. I know they had dance parties over at Tomorrowland and Frontierland. Maybe I should've done the tour too! What you described sounds like fun!

They did have this four ghost-like acapella group singing on a raft of some sort amidst the fog in Rivers of America

And here's my best attempt to scan the map for Experiment 626 (hiya cousin!). Sorry it didn't turn out great
