[Question] What happened to Pooh's party hat?

Well, what happened to it? I mean in the ending birthday scene of the Pooh ride, Pooh apparently, according to this video: The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh Ride at Disneyland - YouTube , used to wear a small yellow party hat. Upon riding the ride recently on a vacation, I've noticed it's gone. Does anyone know what happened to it?

Possibly taken off to get touched up? Sometimes you'll notice little things like that will go missing every once in a while to get a touch and some TLC. I remember recently the little crab in PotC was missing for quite some time!

... I ride Pooh because, on crowded days, it makes me feel like I've done more than I actually have. A decent filler ride.
