Re: How many rides have you gotten on in one day at the park
In the pre-fast pass days my record was 23 rides and attractions."Greetings, Starfighter! You have been recruited by the Star League to defend the Frontier against Xur and the Ko-Dan Armada."

Re: How many rides have you gotten on in one day at the park
Probably a little over 20. I've never done all of them in one day, though. When I had my AP I thought that it would be fun to try, but ending up never attempting it. I guess I just prefer my Disneyland trips to be more about savoring the atmosphere of the park and taking my sweet time than trying to fit as many rides in one day. However, I'll probably try someday. The Gumball Rally sounds insane!

Re: How many rides have you gotten on in one day at the park
Barring the occasional random ride closures, I've never left Disneyland wishing I could go on anything more. The one time I kept track was when my sister and I went on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend a few years ago. We went on 18 rides (almost all of the E Ticket variety) in 13 hours across both parks, using 9 Fastpasses along the way.
This was the breakdown:- Pirates
- Haunted Mansion
- Jungle Cruise
- Indy (with FP)
- Roger Rabbit
- Big Thunder x2 (1 with FP)
- Matterhorn x2
- Space Mountain x2 (both with FP)
- Buzz Lightyear x2 (1 with FP)
- CA Screamin' (with FP)
- Soarin' (with FP from a nice man at the info booth)
- Orange Swings
- Tower of Terror x2 (both with FP)
We also hit the Animation Building and had lunch and a couple snacks so we weren't running like crazy all day yet we were so efficient we left before the fireworks even started. I suppose we could have burned through the Fantasyland rides if we stayed for those last 3 hours.
That was before DCA had Midway Mania or Little Mermaid, let alone Carsland, so I don't expect to pull off a trip like it again. It will be fun to try, though.

Re: How many rides have you gotten on in one day at the park
I have ridden every single ride in the park in one day. Including a full circle trip on DLRR but excluding a trip on the Monorail.
It is possible, you just have to plan plan plan! I have done it twice now
EDIT :: I did not ride the canoes, it was Feb and I believe they were not running.Last edited by Maleficent4811; 10-12-2012, 07:01 PM.sigpic

Re: How many rides have you gotten on in one day at the park
Let me think... in the days where I would go during the summer from opening to midnight I would guess most attractions in the park. I remember back in 2005 or 2006 going on all these in one day (just Disneyland). Some I rode more than once:
Indiana Jones
Matterhorn
Pirates of the Caribbean
Haunted Mansion
Thunder Mountain
Splash Mountain (w/ FP)
Star Tours
Mr Toad's Wild Ride
It's a Small World
Autopia
Space Mountain
Jungle Cruise
Snow White's Scary Adventures
Pinocchio's Daring Journey
Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin
Go Coaster
Fantasmic and "Remember" fireworks (not a ride but I still did both of them)

Re: How many rides have you gotten on in one day at the park
My sister and I broke our Disneyland record in July (thanks to Fastpass). IIRC we totaled how many rides (including multiple re-rides and not including the 3 rides we rode in DCA before the park opened) and we had been on a ride/ show 38 times that day. I can't remember exactly which rides we rode when but the only ones we missed were: Gadget's go coaster, Captain EO, Innoventions, Astro Orbitor, Dumbo, Buzz, Peter Pan, and Mark Twaiin. It wasn't even a slow day which is what was really crazy. We walked on Space Mountain after it came back from a breakdown, Splash we did when we walked in the park (same with Fantasyland dark rides that had little to no wait), and everything else was just luck of the draw that it was a lul in the crowds or Fastpass. I do remember that we rode single rider Matterhorn 9 times in just under two hours (with a break to watch Soundsational and get a snack). All in all, the best no family trip to Disneyland I've ever had.

Re: How many rides have you gotten on in one day at the park
Once I managed to do every ride in DLR, except Casey Jr., Dumbo, the carousel and Astro-orbitor; and every ride in DCA except the ones in Bugs Land and their carousel. I did re-rides of a lot of things, like Space, the Haunted Mansion and Screamin' and I don't even remember what the final ride count was. What worked in my favor was that I had won a Dream Fastpass from the Year of a Million Dreams that day. I was so tired at the end of that but it was worth it. I think I spent 14 hours at the park.Merida looks like this. Not a Barbie doll!

Re: How many rides have you gotten on in one day at the park
Most day's I go to the park, I'd say I average 2.3 rides an hour.
I'll usually ride the E-Tickets far more than once e.g. I'll usually ride Tower of Terror about 6 or 7 times a day (it's my favorite ride in DCA). I can usually squeeze in about ten rides of Thunder Mountain in a day (that attraction just never seems to run out of fastpasses). Indy is a bit tough to do multiple times as most of the time is spent walking in that HUGE queue but I can usually snag about 5 rides on that in a day. Splash Mountain and Matterhorn about the same and I try to make Space Mountain my first and last ride of the day so usually I go on that a bare minimum or two times a day (usually far more than that though).
