[Question] Micky's Halloween party question?

On the 15th, I'm going to Disneyland for the first
time for Micky's Halloween party. I can go into the
park from 3pm-11pm. I heard usually Tinkerbell leaves at 3:15pm.
Is she at the party that night? Is Pixie Hollow still open during the party?

They close the line right at 3:15, so if you were to enter right at 3 and went straight to pixie hollow to get in line you'd still be able to see her, so long as you're there before 3:15. And unfortunately she isn't out at the halloween party.
