I'd really like to see not only a souvenir version of this guy, but also a giant one like the giant nutcracker on Small World Holiday. Of course this will never happen, but face facts, it'd be really cool, lol.

After going on the ride a few times I was looking closely at the Nutcracker in the Madam Leota scene, when the Nutcracker's mouth moves up and down, is it moving with the words that Madam Leota says? If not it sure does look like it!
