Re: ticket specials?
BTW I'm told you need to activate the ticket at the turnsyle first, then go to the booth to upgrade it.

doesn't it say on the paperwork when you buy it what the upgrade value is? I know in the past there was an $8 service charge that is basically Costco's profit that was also deducted from the upgrade value. I remember many being perturbed by this little surprise on past forums.

Re: ticket specials?
As was mentioned you have to go into Costco to purchase the ticket. Each one comes with a $50 gift card. If you buy 3 you can take those 3 gift cards and use them to buy a 4th at $150 off!
the upgrade value is $209.

It is not offered online, you have to purchase it in store at the moment.

Re: ticket specials?
There is this site. But you have to be a member based on either your union, or a business that you work for being a member. I have an account from my hospital job, but I've never actually bought tickets from them. Check with your employers to see if they are connected so you can create an account. The discounts aren't that great there, but you do save a bit.
TicketsAtWork.com
** Just checked and a 4 day adult park hopper is $245 there. Not a huge saving, but every little bit helps. You don't however get the $50 gift card like with Costco, so if you are a Costco member or know one that would be a better deal.Last edited by penguinsoda; 11-13-2012, 06:32 AM.

Re: ticket specials?
Are they going anywhere else like Universal or Seaworld? If so CityPass has a good deal on 2012 tickets.
