I've always had a fascination with the Disneyland park maps, whenever they'd get new maps in I'd always snag one, I have between 15-20 different park maps dating back to 2005. Working backstage all the time and getting off late I never really thought about it until recently(I got laid off) but it came to mind " is my collection of park maps worth anything?" I've researched on ebay and alot of people sell them single and they get no hits or bids or anything, but I am not seeing them sold in a bunch or in a collection. If I can get 30-40 dollars for my bunch I'd CONSIDER putting them on ebay or CL, what do you guys think, can I score some serious bank?

Re: Are they worth anything?
altho i hate to say it, people do sell even the current ones on ebay, things people do to make a buck! i mean altho they do sell because not everyone can get to the park to get a map so they buy online to plan trips, i see the logical side of it..but i think the older maps will go for a pretty penny

Re: Are they worth anything?
I can only see opening day maps (1955) being a real value. Possibly the 50th anniversary ones in about 50 years from now. I have tons of maps going back to the early 90s. I just keep them for myself as a time line for the resort."If you can dream it, you can do it" - Walt Disney

Re: Are they worth anything?
I remember buying the 1968 and 1972 wall maps. I clearly remember paying $1.50 for one of them, at the souvenir stand near the entrance tunnels on Main Street. The 1970s maps were especially good because they showed the show buildings of Pirates and the HM and on the rooftops they labeled scenes in them, as well as scenes in the Grand Canyon and Primeval World dioramas and shops on Main Street. I wish my stepmother had not thrown everything away when I went away to college. I'd love to have those on my wall now.

Re: Are they worth anything?
Like anything collectible it depends on the demand. I have maps fromt he 50s and 60s which are worth some good money but even then not much more than 60 dollars probably maybe a tabe more or less. Just depends whose looking and how many for them. I have a lot from the past 20 years as well which arent worth much currently. I like having them all because you can look at them and remember the time you got it. Or in the case of my old maps when they were given to me from my parents who went to the parks before i was born. These are some of my favorite TRs I have posted
