  • Photo Request: Small World Facade

Wondering if anyone knows where I can find a medium to large size image or images of the complete Small World facade at Disneyland...

    Preferably:
    -From front-facing angle
-Current (classic gold and white) color scheme
    -Non-holiday
-A black and white drawing acceptable, like a coloring page

If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

With all this talk of "off the shelf" and "on the back-burner" it seems the only thing that DCA is really missing is the kitchen sink!

Depends on what you're using it for. Obviously there's the Google Image Search, but if it's going on a web site or something it would be nice to ask the person who owns the image for permission.

Of course, there's always the remote chance that one of our resident photographers like DaddyB or Darkbeer (just to name two from the top of my head) will lend you a picture that they've taken. But, you know, what's the chances?

Here are a few shots I've taken of the years. They're not full shots of the whole facade though, so I'm not sure if they will suit your needs.

You might check my photo updates over at http://www.visionsfantastic.com ~ I know I took a picture pack about November when Small World was closed for the Holiday makeover, and there was NO ONE in front of the building. I took a pretty decent wide angle shot from straight on. I remember the edge of the exit ramp toy store building was on the left and the sign post was on the right.

I'd guess early November, before it re-opened.

Took some today in the rain. Nice reflections. Look for them in this coming week's DoyD update.

For what? To view the photo? That's all I want it for. And yes, coincidently Darkbeer's last smugmug had a pic of most of the facade all in one picture, hehe.

Great shots everyone, thanks Skippy and daddyb
