  • Annual-Passholder: How To Track # of Visits?

    Annual Passholders out there!
How do you track how many times you've visited the parks throughout the year?
    1. Parking stubs? Receipts?
    2. How many times have you/family visited the parks in 1 year?

The most I've been in a year is 9 times, that was with an annual pass while I was living in Vegas. Now it's a lot harder to go since I live in Calgary again, but I'm hoping to beat the record this summer. I can usually remember how many times I've been though, I don't need anything to keep count, lol.

I keep track by taking lots of photos and then putting them in my photo album on webshots. I'm horrible with dates, so its nice to have that frame of reference.

I don't....I just go....the thread that asked how many times was just a guesstimate....I would go more, but there are several factors involved...crowds, price of gas, no desire to drive there, and my BF talking crap about it all the time...sometimes I just don't want to hear it...you should hear a few of the comments I've heard about my upcoming trip from both him and his mother.....his mother doesn't understand at all but TFB!!

mostly parking stubs, then again there is pictures that I have in a folder for each day that they were taken, but don't always bring my camera with me, so that's not real accurate. mostly it's an estimate :ap:

I was keeping my parking stubs in my car, but then my husband is OCD about having a clean car, so at some point that system went out the window! I try to note it in my calendar if I remember.

Last year I went for two full days and stopped by for a few hours an unknown number of times, probably around 12 times. I don't really buy an annual pass because it's a good deal, I buy one because I can turn around and leave if it's too crowded or just stop by to check out a new ride or to buy a new release.

It might be nice if their web-site showed your entries when you logged in.

I estimated in the other thread. This year i'll count stubs but i'm not always the one driving!
                            Good morning, son
                            In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
                            It was pain
                            Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

I've been on Buzz during every visit to the park since it opened. I've always emailed myself the picture it takes (and have never had one lost). All of the photos are in a directory, so I'm able to count the visits by counting the individual dates each picture was saved. This also would work if you brought your digital camera every visit without fail.
