  • [Question] Matterhorn's Harold

My friend and I were riding Matterhorn the other evening and I noticed before the splash down in the pond that there was an abominable snowman plush in the window of the tower. Has Disneyland ever sold Harold plushes or was I seeing something else that just looked like it? Was wondering if anyone has ever seen that plush in the window of the tower. Having worked the attraction I would love to get one if they make them. I should have asked the CM, but I forgot.

I know they do sell stuffed Harold's for sure...especially the beanies. I think the big stuffed one in the tower is a large stuffed version of the abominable snowman from the old Christmas movies, like the Rudolph claymation ones, if I am not mistaken.

Agreed I have seen pins and a beanie (which can be hard to find sometimes), but no plush toys.

Hope you find what your looking for,

                Re: Matterhorn's Harold

If it is a plushy of Harold, I think it is from years ago when they sold everything in beany baby style. Before pins took over the place.
                Just my guess...

Saw the picture, those are newer like the ones they sold in WoD of Zero, mickey and more....
Little and broken, but still good.

Hey thanks you guys. Actually, now that it's mentioned the one in the tower might have looked more like the abominable snowman from the old Christmas movies. I'll have to take a better look next time. Thanks for the insights. I'll keep my eyes out.

This is a plush they regularly sell in Florida (even though the yeti in Everest looks nothing like it). I don't know if they are sold in California, but I bet the OP can find one online for a decent price.

Yes but you have to go to FL to buy it. Not even lying.

Previous posters are correct, this is a plush that is sold at the exit gift shop for Expedition Everest in WDW. I've never seen them at DLR, which is insane considering it looks more like Harold and nothing at all like EE's Yeti.

It's a Yeti Ball, indeed sold at Expedition Everest. Have one myself. Much like the ball versions they sell of Mickey, et al.

At last look, though (and this is about a month ago), the Yeti Ball wasn't currently in the window, but a regular Yeti (also sold in the Expedition Everest gift shop) was in the back.
Does anyone even bother with signatures anymore?
