  • [Question] What Temp/Employment Agency Does Disneyland Use?

    Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping someone here knows the answer to this. I'm trying to find out what (if any) temp agency Disneyland uses for administrative (secretarial) positions. I have years of experience and worked for Disney up in Burbank years ago but now live down here and want to work in the Park offices. The way I got into the Studios was through a temp agency and since I'm working temp now anyway, I wanted to try and improve my chances by joining the agency that works with Disney.

    Anyone know or have suggestions?

I could be wrong, but I don't think Disney uses a temp/employment agency. They have their own HR department, and its quite an extensive one too. I believe all Disney employees are hired through there.... depending on what part of the business you want to get into, ie: Anaheim, Burbank etc.
