  • [Question] Club 33 Exchange

    Hello!

Recently I had the privilege to visit Club 33 for the first time. The food, the atmosphere, and the service was incredible... I won't go into the details but I sure wish more people had the chance to experience it. I decided to purchase a polo shirt to commemorate the event. However, I was in such a rush to leave (I was holding up the rest of my party), that I didn't have the chance to verify that the shirt fit. Usually I wear a size XL so I figured that it would be fine. Well, I got home and I tried it on and it is huge on me! So... I don't know if anyone would know the answer to this, but I was wondering... Is there any chance that I would be allowed back into Club 33 to exchange my shirt for a smaller size? Or does anyone have any suggestions? I appreciate the help.

Don't know a definitive answer, but I'm pretty sure they won't let you in just to exchange the shirt. If possible, I'd ask the person who sponsored you what you should do or maybe they can exchange it for you. Although I know many of us who have been to Club 33 have been the recipients of a 'random act of kindness' and may not feel comfortable asking our sponsors for assistance, I think most of them are pretty wonderful people, otherwise they wouldn't have such generosity of spirit, you know? Otherwise I'd just contact Disney's Guest Services & explain the situation. If they can't help you I'm sure they'll refer you to Club 33 staff who may be able to assist you.

If you are like me, sooner or later you'll fit in.
I am old. But still love Disneyland.

We had the same issue, and now have two shirts that are far too large for either of the recipients they were intended for. I'm determined to repurpose them lol

Talk to guest services at City Hall. I'm sure they'll work some magic.
