  • [Question] Radiator Springs Racers Fixed Effect?

Ok, I'm not quite sure wether this was a fixed effect or part of the plussing that hit the resort with Indie, but on the 14th I noticed in the area covered by rocks that the cars dip in right before the finishing line, there was a large amount of mist that was blasted at us right as we crossed it.
Personally I think it's a nice touch (though I'd rather they fix the timing/effects in the dark portion of the ride like the tractors... but I digress).

Thing is, I'd never seen that effect before, so I thought I'd ask if it was new or just a recent fix for the attraction.

It's a recent fix (last few months or so). It was there for awhile after it opened, and then I thought I read on here that the mist was causing issues with the photos being taken at the finish line, compromising the quality of the photo.

Thanks! I hadn't seen it working in any of my earlier visits so it was a bit of a surprise to experience it when I went.
