Possibly quite a pain to have to travel to Anaheim to get a job. Are you college aged? Maybe go for the college program, but it's much easier to do at WDW. However I don't know if they recruit in BC so you may have to travel to Uni in the east of down in the US.

Next year I'm trying for a summer internship at Stark Industries.
Disney pays minimum wage. You would have to consider a roommate if you moved to Southern California. The price of living here is ridiculous. Personally I don't think it's worth moving to CA for a minimum wage job... which includes working holidays and late hours.
Like others have said, I'd try to get in through the college program. At least your housing will be somewhat manageable.

Aside from some temporary programs like the college program at WDW or possibly a working holiday visa if the US participates in such programs, you don't have a very good chance for a permanent job unless you meet the requirements for immigration to the US which isn't easy, its actually pretty difficult to immigrate to the US legally.
Unless you already have the legal right to live and work in the US, Disney will not likely even consider you for regular employment.
Like others have said, I would shoot for the Disney College Program if it applies to you. I know several people who have gone through it and loved it, not to mention it helps with housing and stuff as well.
