  • Socal 2fer tickets

I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not they check ID at the gate. I want to bring my daughter to Disneyland for her Bday in March and I was going to have my dad buy us the 2fer tickets.(We live in Las Vegas now and he is still in SoCal). So really my question is will they let me in if I don't have a California ID? Also, my dad will not be going with us so noone in my party will have CA ID.

Before my AP days, I used to get the 2fer. They only asked for So Cal ID at the ticket booths when you buy 'em. Not at the entry gates. I doubt they do it as it would be a major hassle at the gates and slow the lines up a lot.
But I could be wrong, I havent used a 2fer for about 2-3 years now - they may have changed it.

Note, the VONS in Las Vegas do not sell the 2fer, they sell the 3 day discounted ParkHopper instead.

Only the SoCal VONS offer the 2fer ticket.

          Question.

When you buy the 2fer at Vons, do they give you a date? MUST you use the two tickets on two differant days?

My sister is comming to town and I wanna take her to Disneyland, but will only be here Monday. I would like to take her to both parks. I was hoping to save the 20$ or so.

The only date on the tickets is that it must be used completely by April 27th. (and the second day of use must be within 30 days of the first date).

As for using them on different days, that is the official policy.

But many folks have reported they will let you use both on the same day, they will just ask you when you enter DCA that you want to use the second day up.

I won't have any problems buying the tickets, I just wanted to make sure they wouldn't card me at the turnstile.
