While I feel Thor as a character would work much better in Fantasyland, the way they are tying this in with the new movie I can see how it would work in Tomorrowland. The bifrost is a futuristic means of interplanetary travel which is way beyond what we are capable of today. Having this as some kind of transport via bifrost would make sense there. I’m glad they are keeping Iron Man as well.

I love Thor, but the absence of Loki makes me not so sad about missing this.

It would be really cool if they did a Sword in the Stone thing and had kids try to pick up his hammer.

And this is exactly why using Marvel at Disneyland isn't the end-of-the-world most people make it out to be.

Was thinking that exact thing when they announced it

Bit sad he wont be around for Halloween though
There is no right or wrong in this debate. It is simply a matter of perspective.

What does Thor have to do with tomorrowland? I don't like this idea at all, even if it is only temporary.

I'm sure it's been explained before, but the Marvel version of Thor is very futuristic, to the point where it is explained that a lot of the "magic" that Asgardians used is just advanced technology. The Bifrost Bridge is really just wormhole technology that allows travel through different planes of existence (in this case, Earth to Asgard).

Thor has NOTHING to do with Tomorrowland. It's in Innoventions AWAY from Tomorrowland and not IN Tomorrowland.

Yeah...it doesnt make much sense for him to be in Tommorrowland....but back in the day they added Toy Story to tomorrowland...and Hunchback to Frontierland..and neither of those made any more sense but both were still fun
                          Happy Halloween!!!

I do not know how to explain. What I am basically saying that having Thor at Innoventions won't ruin the illusion of seeing him in Tomorrowland. I hope that helps.

I think I get it - "He's in Innoventions, out of the general public view, and in general not going to be a visible part of the park other than inside an area that already has an Iron Man area"?
