  • [Question] World of Color - viewing tips for 1 weeknight show?

Such a silly question for someone to ask who visits DLR so often like we do... But how does one "do" WOC now?

We're taking someone who has never been to DCA on Thursday, Oct. 24 and WOC is a must. There's only one showing at 8:15p. Do we get FPs still? Or just pick a place to wait like one does for Fantasmic!? Need help.

    Thanks!

The bear band bears are playing now, in the good ol' key of G.
There's Zeke and Zeb and Ted and Fred and bear named Tennessee...

Yes, your group still has to pick up a fastpass for World of Color. But considering you are going on a Thursday the fastpasses should not run out.

You still need a Fastpass. You can grab one anytime up until early afternoon at the Grizzly River Run kiosk, or you can get a dining package. Just make sure you get in line at your color entrance by 7:15 and try to get a spot along the railing to make sure you get a clear view.

Thanks for the info., appropriately named poster! We haven't seen it for so long and remember the days of camping out for FPs and then again in the line corrals back by Grizzly before each show. But not that long ago we just ducked under the rope on the bridge and there was no one even there. It's such a great show and I definetly do not want our guest to miss out on seeing it.

If your group wants to view the show from the bridge, as soon as you get to California Adventure just get a fastpass at that time because you will need a blue section fastpass to be on the bridge. But if you get a yellow section fastpass and you want to be on the bridge just ask the cast member nicely if you really want the bridge and most of the time they will grant that for you . Have a good time

Do it from the bridge for sure! They've always allowed us to go there even if we have the wrong color.
