Just an FYI, today is the last day for the Minnie's Fly Girls Show in DCA. Who will miss it?

Aw. That was a cute show. I'm glad I was able to see it a few times.

Me: "Yes. It happened after a recent trip to Neverland."
Peter Pan: "Well, you can dunk your head in the pond behind us, if you want."

I agree, it was cute. I won't terribly miss it. Hopefully it gets replaced with something entertaining.

It was a nice little show. Too long though for where it was at and not enough Minnie.

I think it was one of the better mini (no pun intended) shows around the park. It was really quite well-executed and cute. I loved Minnie in her flightsuit, and it was substantial enough that they made a Vinylmation of her. I tended to stop and watch Minnie's Fly Girls when I came across it, and it lasted nearly two years, which ain't bad. I won't "miss" it, per se, but I do hope they replace it quickly with something worthwhile.

I won't miss it, personally. But I really, really loved that they had more live entertainment throughout the park, and I hope this trend will continue. Hopefully it will be followed up by another fun little show.

I'll be annoyed if its not replaced with something, but I'll not miss it terribly, was still a fun little show.

Minnie fly Girls was based off of the ABC show Pan Am. I am not surprised Minnie show is being cancelled, because Pan Am was canceled quite sometime ago. Minnie fly girls was inevitable cancellation as well.

It wasn't based off the show. Yes, the costumes are similar, and it's likely it may have been a vague marketing tie-in, but nothing in the TV show ever resembled Minnie's Fly Girls. There certainly wasn't a subplot or anything involving singing flight attendants or Minnie Mouse as far as I remember.

ORDDU: That's true--Minnie's Fly Girls was around long before the short lived ABC series called Pan AM. In the meantime, my sisters and I only saw the show once and once was enough for us. We won't miss it.

Saw it last week for the last time. Too bad, it was pretty cute. I just hope they're not replacing it with something based on Planes.

It last nearly a year longer than the show that it was based off of.

Makes me sad to see it go. I used "fly me to the moon" for my Dad's memorial slideshow so when we saw this there my Mom and I burst into tears and had a wonderful time watching it while my daughter ate a mickey ice cream bar. Great memory.

The tight harmonies made this show so much better than a lot of the other live entertainment options in the whole resort. I'd much rather watch this than the News Boys, Instant Concert, or the Disneyland Band. I'm hoping another female singing group will pop up elsewhere that keeps the feel of this show.
