  • Trip Report Wierd day at Disneyland

I am an AP and I go to Disneyland alot. This night was weird. I was there on 3/7 and got here around 330ish. I Immediately went over by BTMRR to see it with the walls down and see if any soft opening were going to happen. BTMRR wasnt giving any rides so I left So I got over to splash mountain and rode it. This being around 530ish. I then went and rode potc. As I was getting off the ride they announced that potc would not be loading and everyone needed to exit the building. A security guard was heading up the exit saying into his radio "all show audio and lights turned off in store. I get out to see that the store and all of new Orleans was dark and closed. Looking up to the dream suite and the store there is a fire alarm light and sound coming from them. So that finally ended and potc opened again. Oh and I got to ride in row 6. Then later on about 20 min before closing of the park I went back over to BTMRR once more to see if they would be doing a soft opening. The were not so I headed over to splash to see that the water fall was off and it was drained once again. That really got me. I then went over and closed HM. Does anyone know why splash was drained again?

Splash drains when it's off. And there was an issue with a wild animal in the ride causing it to be closed.

Wild animal in a ride in Critter Country! Oh, the irony
Grim, I lost her once; I'm not gonna lose her again.
