  • [Question] question about AP expiration dates...

Hi everyone I was just wondering if anyone can help shed light on this. I was under the impression that when you bought the AP at the Disney Store (not the park) that you had until a certain date to use it for the first time then you would have a year to use it in the park from the first visit. However that apparently wasn't the case for mine. I bought it in mid January when I hadthe money available (even the store CMs said I would be able to have my first use plus a year). When I got to DLR and got traded the voucher for the real AP they gave it to me and the expiration date printed is January 18th 2015, my first visit was February 24th 2014. Did the CM key something in wrong?? Or has something changed?

You could probably complain to customer service, I would think since they know the dates you visited they might adjust it to your first visit.

Call the AP helpline. Or talk to someone at a Ticket booth.

When you get an AP, you have until the end of the year to activate it. Then once active a year of use. They made a mistake with your AP.
