  • [Question] Pizza port cast members?

Hi guys. Do you know if there's a long sleeve option for pizza port workers? Are they allowed to wear the long sleeve under shirts? Thanks

    What's the reason?

If you work there, go see costuming and ask them. If it's cold out, they'll provide the shirts... That's what WDW does anyway.

Generally, in food prep areas, long sleeves are a no-no. The reason is sanitation. Hands and arms can be washed between sweeping and food prep, sleeves can't. If someone wears long sleeves, they must wear sleeve covers.
If you see a cute yellow lab puppy with a yellow cape, WAVE! It might be us! (Or it may be someone else that lurks here!) Thank you for asking before you pet! Next trip, Dec 22-Jan 3rd.

All CMs can wear a long-sleeved white undershirt (usually they'll do it to cover up arm tattoos).

Oh. So that's why I always see CMs wearing heavy jackets on days when it's 100 degrees outside. Learn something new every day!

Is it white now? It was blue back in my day. I'd wear it on the rare day it was really cold outside because the jacket that went with my costume was a little bulky and I didn't want it to get caught on anything (like a churro oven).

Haha! I could see that. The jackets/coats can definitely restrict motion.
