  • [Question] Camelbak question.

For those of you who carry, where do you go for a refill if needed?

    Re: Camelbak question.

The whole day the Camelbak last me
some time I put in ice to keep cold water
When I go back to the room I have Brita water filter
    or gal of water

If in the park is to have a bottle water and use empty bottle and fill restroom
the last thing is buy a bottle water in the park

Depending on how much water you drink in a day, you should be fine for the whole day. If you need to refill or top off, I would just buy a water bottle and pour it into the reservoir. The water from the park fountains is nasty tasting.

But then again, I'm not used to how California water tastes.

You may want to try first aid. They refill water bottles, or at least they used to. Their water is cold and tastes good.

Free large water cups (refillable too) are available at Red Rockets Pizza Port. Not many people know about this.

I don't think the fountain is too bad.
It's not like you're in the wilderness.

Aren't there some water spigots in, say, Redd Rockets? that's probably filtered.

thats what my brother would say, but I have literally never seen the appeal in drinking, and with having paid so much attention in health, I never plan to drink any alcohol for any reason.

I've never brought one into the park, but I go with friends who do. They normally get the big cups of water at lunch and top off then. They seem to be fine with just that one refill for an entire day.

You can go to a quick service restaurant and request a cup of ice water. It doesn't cost you a thing.

I fill mine up with ice and water. It lasts two people all day and on to midnight without having to refill And we drink ALOT of water.

First Aid on Main Street has filtered water. Rancho Zocalo has a spigot. Most places will give you a glass for water and a lot of the soda machines filter the water. Though I don't usually have to fill up, my CamelBak has a pretty good sized bladder.

This has me curious: What do people do with their Camelbaks on rides?
