Does Disneyland have a phone # for merch. purchases?

I thought that I remembered there being a 1-800 number that one could call to buy Disneyland park souvenirs. Am I wrong? I really want to order a few of those new "vintage" items posted elsewhere on these boards.

Yes, there's a phone number.
The deparment is called DeliverEARS and they have everything that they sell inside the Resort.

I have been hearing about deliverEARS for years now. Is it an actual division of Disney or an outside company that goes shopping in the park for you? How much are the prices compared to in the park?

i thought it was inside.... WDW has the same service.. (same division???)

They're the exact same prices. It's a part of the Disney company. It's just a way for you to get merchandise from the parks without having to actually go to the park.
